Margaret Douglas, Countess of Lennox (geborene Lady Margaret Douglas, * 8. Oktober 1515 auf Harbottle Castle, Northumberland; † 9. März 1578 in Hackney, London) war eine englische Adlige. Über ihre Mutter Margaret Tudor war sie die Nichte König Heinrichs VIII. von England. Als enge Freundin ihrer Cousine Königin Maria I. gehörte sie unter ihrer jüngeren Cousine Königin Elisabeth I. zur katholischen Opposition.
